房地产价格指数:是反映房地产价格变动趋势和变动程度的相对数。房地产价格是指建筑物连同其占用土地的价格的统称,即人们通常所说的房价。房地产价格分为房地产销售价格和房地产租赁价格两种形式。房地产销售价格包括商品房、房产交易、公有住房三大类,房地产租赁价格包括住宅、办公用房、商业用房、厂房仓库、旅馆饭店客房五大类。它是依据我市部分重点房地产开发、代理商、企事业单位及居民的销售、租赁房屋的定期调查资料,按加权算术平均公式计算的。
