根据板状带头(肩)拉伸试样加工原理,将原采用的板状拉伸试样单面开肩加工方法应用于双面开肩,采用目前国内现有的设备结构型式及制造技术,根据已掌握的试样加工技术设计了专用铣床各项技术参数,配置了液压夹具,所设计的适用于板状拉伸试样的双面开肩铣床,保证了对板状拉伸试样宽度尺寸、两头部轴线与平行部分轴线的偏差、两加工平面平行度及表面粗糙度要求,通过金相检验,所采用的加工方法无受过热引起组织变化。
