Library Service Development in Teaching Oriented Colleges;

The open laboratory in teaching-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities has the role of enhancing creativity,improving equipment utilization,teaching quality and students\' quality as well.

Research universities and teaching higher education institutes should make a substantive distinctionin the three areas.

In view of nowadays new type universities increasing,first it elaborates the reason that the new type universities surely are located the applied type undergraduate course.

Area-application-oriented institutes,one type of higher educations,are still being explored at present in China.

With the continuous expansion of recruiting scales and the acceptance of the idea that different colleges should have different ways of development, application-oriented institutes have made reform and innovations on talent-training models and quality-oriented education.

Aim of application-oriented institutes education is to cultivate and strengthen the basis of professional education,and to focuse on skills development of students and to cultivate senior application-oriented talents,who has a broad knowledge prospect,ability,and high-quality,and can solve practical problems directly,and has the spirit of innovation,sense of responsibility.

Therefore,based on the needs to cultivate particular mode of talents,it is necessary for the applied university to develop specific ways to cultivate qualified teachers.
