beryong dlonyuon备用电源(standby power supply;standbypowerso盯ce)在正常供电电源故障而失去供电功能时，承担全部或部分供电任务的电源，又称第二电源。根据承担供电任务的不同，备用电源分为生产备用电源与保安备用电源。 在正常供电电源失去供电功能时，为避免断电造成重大经济损失，维持生产继续进行，需设置生产备用电源。生产备用电源的容量应与正常供电电源的容量相等。生产备用电源一般与正常供电电源并列运行，也可在备用状态下运行，一旦正常电源故障，依靠自动装置在切除故障电源的同时自动投人备用电源。 保安备用电源是在正常供电电源失去供电功能时，为保证对保安负荷不间断供电而设置的。保安备用电源的容量一般比正常供电电源的容量小，只要能满足保安负荷的需求即可。保安备用电源必须是独立电源，并与正常供电电源同时运行。 在电力系统瓦解时，有仍需保证供电的保安负荷以及自备保安电源比从电力系统取得第二电源经济合理的用户宜自行设置备用电源。
