This paper mainly introduces the Working Group meetings ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27 held in Spain in May 2006, focused on discussing ISMS standard family, encryption algorithms standard and Common Criterion standard, analyzed development trend of international information security standard, linked with national information security standardization work, gives some working suggestion.

xinxi anquon}ishu biaozhunhua信息安全技术标准化(info~tion securityteehnolo群stand耐ization)信息安全或称信息系统安全，它是保护信息资源免遭非授权的有意或无意的泄露、修改、损害(破坏)或处理能力的丧失。保证信息安全涉及人员、制度、物理、技术等多方面的因素，这里只涉及安全技术的标准化。 随着社会走向信息化和网络化，信息成为重要的资源。它能带来经济、军事利益。信息的占有、控制、利用引发安全问题，因此，信息安全及其标准化在国内外日益突出和重要。l盯6年，W.迪菲等提出了公开密钥密码算法，这是对传统密码技术的突破。20世纪卯年代以来，国际标准化纤i织(l用)制定r妇〔联网安全体系参考模型》及《网络安全协议标准》。多年以来，中国在密码算法方面取得r不少研究成果，例如，清华大学研制的《系列密码算法》。1986年后，中国国家技术监督局等组织国内有关专家、学者先后制定f国家及不同行业的信息安全标准化规范，并加以实施，取得r良好的效果、)国际标准化组织于1984年在150/’I戈:97下建立了SC20“数据加密技术”分技术委员会，并准备优先制定密码算法的国际标准，但后来对犷各国采用什么算法成为一个敏感的非技术性的问题，l黝就不再进行密码算法标准的制定。1989年，该分技术委员会改为150/I EC JrC l/SC27“信息技术安全技术”分技术委员会。它负责制定信息技术安全的通用方法和技术的标准。信息安全技术标准包括安全性术语、安全体系结构、安全框架、安全服务和机制、安全协议、安全管理、安全性评价准则等方面的标准截至2(Xx)年初，已有国际标准30多个，国家标准20多个，典型的有《信息技术安全技术实体鉴别机制》(CI衬T15843)系列标准。信息安全技术标准化对保障1川民经济建设和国防建设健康的发展将起着至关币要的作用。(向维良姜开富)
