In this paper,the mechanisms of formation of rolled-in scale and scale mark are analyzed which are the major surface defects of continuous hot rolled strip used for cold rolling.
针对供冷轧用热轧薄板表面出现的氧化铁皮麻点表面缺陷,介绍了氧化铁皮压入与氧化铁皮麻点形成的机理,并分析了该缺陷的成因,结合首钢迁钢2160热轧线实际生产经验,提出了预防和减少该缺陷的措施。
