跨文化交际是大学生英语学习的一个必不可少的环节,也是大学英语读写课教学的重要目的之一。
补充资料：四件焖冬笋
原料：鸭四件400克，笋尖400克，葱、姜末各5克。
调料：精盐、料酒、味精适量。
制法：
1.将鸭四件洗净，翅膀和脚掌各横斩一刀，入开水锅焯一下水，捞出备用。
2.笋尖洗净切成长条，入开水锅焯一下水，捞出备用。
3.取砂锅坐于火上，将鸭四件放入锅内，加适量清水、精盐、料酒，并投入葱、姜末，用旺火烧开，文火炖煮至快熟时，放入笋尖，继续焖至四件熟透，加适量味精，淋上麻油，装盘上桌即可。
特点：味道鲜美，美容减肥。
