| 布氏姜片虫 Fasciolopsis buski 吸虫纲片形科姜片属的一种。寄生于人和猪的小肠。中国有18省流行此种寄生虫病。 成虫长椭圆形，扁平，肉红色，长20～75毫米，宽8～20毫米，厚约0.5～3毫米。是在人和猪体内寄生的最大吸虫。口吸盘位于体前端 ，直径约 0.5 毫米，腹吸盘距口吸盘近，直径约2～3毫米。 在中国发现的可供姜片虫作为中间宿主的扁卷螺有凸旋螺、肯氏圆扁螺、半球多脉扁螺和大脐圆扁螺 4 种。由于病原发育所需的温度较高， 病的流行都在下半年。虫体寄生于小肠，虫数多时病人腹痛 、腹泻以及精神萎靡 、倦怠无力。儿童感染后期常出现浮肿和贫血。幼猪感染后，生长发育受阻，母猪感染后消瘦无乳，严重时死亡。 |
