kuongshan shengehon guoeheng llsuonl}monl矿山生产过程计算机模拟(eompu‘er simula-tion in mining operation)一种选取矿山生产过程技术方案的数字模拟技术它的实质是:首先用各种数字(道路长度、装载量、作业效率等)描述客观系统(矿山生产过程的某技术方案)中各元素(设备、人员)的行为(装车、运行、卸载、会车等)，然后进行模拟矿山生产过程的计算机软件。计算机按时序(有时也可按空间顺序)模拟各元素依次发生的行为，模拟生产过程的运行。在模拟过程中，不断记录各行为的结果和客观系统当前的状态。模拟一定时间后，可以得到评价该技术方案的技术经济指标。根据这些指标进行综合评价，选择一个最好的技术方案。 计算机模拟技术出现于20世纪50年代。由于它适应性强、简单直观、花费又少，便很快地推广应用到各个领域，成为人们选择方案、检验预想结果的有力手段。60年代开始应用于矿业。7。年代以来，中国在采矿生产过程的技术方案选择中较多地应用了计算机模拟。运用这种方法研究了露天矿装运过程和采掘设备选择的优化问题以及地下矿采矿生产过程和开采工艺的优化问题 模拟内容采矿生产过程中绝大多数行为的结果都是随机变化的，如电铲装满一车所需的时间，设备出现故障的间隔时间与延续时间，从来是各不相同的，因此，采矿生产过程进行模拟时，应采用随机型的模拟模型，可以更真实地反映现实情况，而不用确定型模型。在模拟时序方法上，一般采用最短时间事件步长法，即计算机在很多等候模拟的各元素的行为中，选择在最短时间内可以完成的那个行为，作为下一个被模拟的行为;而很少采用时间步长法，即在山时间内，计算机依次扫描各元素，依次执行各自在该山时间内应完成的行为。 常用计算机模拟方法选择技术方案并获得成效的有露天矿装运系统的计算机模拟和地下矿采掘过程的计算机模拟 (l)露天矿装运系统计算机模拟模拟的元素有电铲和车辆，主要的行为有装载、行驶、卸载、会车、调度、等待、故障等。计算机中预先输人各段道路的长度、坡度和阻力特性，各种行为的工时，如装车时间、卸载时间和行驶速度等随机参数。而参与模拟的电铲数和车辆数则作为模拟时应用的基本参数。
