The devices, which are fabricated with the technology of microdisplay on silicon, offer displays with small size, low power and big image, and are particularly useful for mobile personal information display and projection system.

The Core of the LCoS——Design Analysis for Display SOC;

Introduction is provided to the microstructure of the three main-strea m microdisplay device technologies,LCD,DMD and LCOS,and the electrical-optica l operating principles of these micro device operation for projection display.
