By sampling on the soil round the glass shell of kinescope factory,this paper has systematically studied the movement and dispersion and pollution characteristics of lead dust from the chimneies of the factory.

The forms of the lead in lead dust from the production of black and white kinescope glass shell and its water soluble and acid soluble extraction toxicity are studied.

The structure characteristic of the locknut of color kinescope and the moulding characteristic of MPPO are analyzed.

According to the working principle of color kinescope,the article deduces the formula that the purity convergence magnet adjusts the electron beam moving distance.

The kinescope’s convergence and landing characteristic affect the displaying quality of the kinescope and TV greatly,and it is an important task of color kinescope industry in dire need of solution,and there is not domestic research in this field.
