Meanwhile, the digltalization of the using land red line in planning administration is a necessary part of the digital city construction.

This paper discusses the total structure of a management information system of the urban red line in planning based on embedded GIS.

Taking Henggang Reservoir Watershed as an example,the land use planning was used to predict pollution sources and calculate environmental capacity,that is,to predict the total amount of pollutions in the wa.
