性质:微米级粒度的金粉,颗粒形态有片状和球状。摇实密度6.0~7.0g/cm3。平均粒度1.45~3.2μm。比表面积0.48~0.63m2/g。用王水溶解纯金得三氯化金溶液,加分散剂、加草酸还原、静置沉淀、洗涤、低温烘干而成,平均粒度为0.1~0.5μm,呈球状。此外还有热分解三氯化金法、金粉粒度为1~2μm。是制备细线金浆、低温金浆及金钯、金铂钯、金银钯等性能优良导体浆料中的主要导电相材料。
