中国古典文献学专著。郑鹤声、郑鹤春合著，上海商务印书馆1930年出版。郑鹤声(1901～1989)，中国历史学家，逝世前任山东大学教授。全书分为导言、结集、审订、讲习、翻译、编纂、刻印等 7章。在例言中郑氏基于孔子的"文献"之义及马端临《文献通考》对"文献"的解释，指出："结集翻译编纂诸端谓之文，审订讲习印刻诸端谓之献，叙而述之，故曰文献学"。该书中的"结集"指文献的著录、分类及历代的目录工作，相当于古典目录学，作者认为这是文献学中最重要的事，"故首及之";"审定"一章以孔子删订六经,刘向、刘歆校理图书和清乾隆间编《四库全书》为例，讨论校雠考订工作；"讲习"一章，论述历代教育和学术流派及其学术思想；第五章"翻译"分别叙述中国对隋唐以前的印度佛教和明清之际对西方科学文化的吸收；第六章"编纂"主要指类书与丛书的编集；最后一章"刻印"，介绍版本学的一些常识。该书原来还有"私家藏书"一章,讨论各地文献发展盛衰之事,后因篇幅太大，以《中国地方藏书小史》为名另行成编。
