本文介绍了计算机铸造炉料配比软件系统开发的基本思路和原理, 并介绍了华铸炉料配比系统-华铸FCS的基本功能及应用实例,应用表明华铸FCS能够实现自动炉料配比, 手动炉料配比,炉前炉料配比,在配比过程考虑到了元素的烧损,并且能够实现最小成本配比,这样一方面实现了准确的炉料配比,另一方面实现了成本的最低化,对实际铸件生产有一定的指导作用。

日 本 防 卫 厅 技 术 研 究 本 部 继 “ 射 击 指 挥 装 置 ” 1、 2型 （ fcs-1、 fcs-2） 之 后 ， 又 开 展 了 新 式 fcs-3雷 达 的 研 发 工 作 ， 正 在 “ 飞 鸟 ” 号 测 试 舰 上 进 行 原 型 系 统 的 海 上 测 试 。 fcs-3是 继 荷 兰 “ 阿 帕 ” 、 英 国 “ 桑 普 森 ” 后 ， 世 界 上 第 三 套 舰 载 有 源 相 控 阵 雷 达 。 fcs-3使 用 四 面 固 定 式 天 线 配 置 ， 目 前 在 “ 飞 鸟 ” 测 试 舰 上 的 天 线 尺 寸 约 为 1.6米 见 方 ， 单 面 天 线 约 含 1800个 发 射 /接 收 单 元 。 据 外 界 推 测 ， fcs-3可 能 工 作 在 c波 段 ， 但 不 清 楚 详 细 参 数 。 一 般 认 为 ， 该 雷 达 可 用 于 导 引 短 距 防 空 导 弹 ， 也 可 控 制 舰 炮 射 击 ， 具 有 同 时 对 抗 多 目 标 的 抗 饱 和 攻 击 能 力 。
