性质:又称一枝蒿碱。本品为固体,熔点57~60℃。在浴温为140℃时,可在高真空下进行蒸馏。具有强碱性,pK值为12.2。其盐酸盐为扁平针状结晶(稀乙醇),熔点311~312℃(分解),旋光度+28°。存在于毛茛科植物雪上一枝蒿(铁棒锤)(Aconitum anthora L.)的根,异叶乌头(A.heterophyllum Wall.)。也可经合成法制得其外消旋体再经拆分得到。有解热作用,可作为退热药。
