In a greenhouse pot experiment,a gradient of soil Cd concentration was established by adding 0,50,100 and 200 mg CdCl_2·kg~ -1 air-dried soil,and the seedlings of one-year-old Rosa davurica,Philadelphus schrenkii,Acer mandshurica and Lonicera maackii were transplanted.
