| 冰斗 cirque 位于雪线附近由雪蚀凹地演化成的斗状基岩冰川侵蚀地貌。山岳冰川常见的冰蚀地貌类型。主要由冰川在凹地中对底部和斗壁进行旋转磨蚀、刻蚀和拔蚀而产生。典型的冰斗由岩盆、岩壁和岩槛组成。底部为岩盆，平面呈半圆形，三面为峭壁相围，出口处有突起的岩槛，常可见羊背石。岩盆为封闭凹地，冰川消退后积水成湖，称冰斗湖。典型的冰斗大多发育在冰川作用时间长的海洋气候条件下；大陆性冰川区的冰斗往往缺乏岩盆。 按分布位置不同可以分为谷源冰斗和谷坡冰斗两类。谷源冰斗分布位置高，一般大于谷坡冰斗，往往还有次一级冰斗分布其周围。冰斗不断扩大，斗壁后退，相邻冰斗间的岭脊变成刃状山脊，称为刃脊。由数个冰斗包围形成尖状金字塔形山峰称为角峰，其发育程度是冰川地形发育成熟与否的标志之一。 |
