近年来,城市化进程加快产生了诸如生态环境恶化、资源浪费等诸多问题,本文拟根据循环型城市内涵,构建循环型城市建设绩效评价的“驱动力—状态—响应”模型,分析城市经济发展、资源减量利用、污染物减量排放、资源再利用和资源环境安全等对循环型城市建设绩效的贡献机理,对建设循环型城市提出建设性建议。

在社会经济用水活动影响下的城市水务循环系统的存在形式、运行规律、特性和特征,都较之自然水循环系统复杂的多,不确定性影响因素变化较大,了解和掌握城市水循环系统循环规律是近年来备受社会各界关注的问题,尤其在经受缺水和水环境污染的双重压力下,迫切需要从理论和分析计算方法上对其内在的规律进行深入的研究,剖析经济社会水循环系统与自然水循环系统之间的相互作用关系及耦合关系,定量计算其要素和要素间的数量变化大小,解决在分析评价该系统时数量不清、定量关系不明、管理难以到位的问题。
