【来源】
为百合种植物山韭的全草。
【植物形态】
山韭 多年生草本。鳞茎具膜质鳞被。叶数片丛生；线形细长，宽不足2毫米，有3棱。花轴高30～40厘米，伞形花序顶生；花被6，紫色；雄蕊6，着生在花被上，伸出，花药长圆形；子房3棱，3室，每室具胚珠效枚，花柱丝状，柱头小。蒴果。种子黑色。花期秋季。 生于山地。
【性味】
《千金·食治》："味咸涩，寒，无毒。"
【功用主治】
①《千金·食治》："宜肾，主大小便数，去烦热。" ②《本草拾遗》："生毛发。"
【选方】
治老人脾胃气弱，饮食不多，羸乏：隺菜四两(切之)，鲫鱼肉五两。煮作羹，下五味、椒、姜，并调少面，空心食之，常以三、五日服，极补益。(《寿亲养老新书》隺菜羹)
