性质:该法使用色散型光谱仪,信号检测系统采用锁定技术。实验时随着红外波长非常慢的变化,电极在两个选定的电位下以低频(如约10Hz)的方波(或正弦波)调制。电极响应信号包括反射率直流分量R和由电位调制引起的小交流分量ΔR,以及整个频率区的噪声,通过锁定放大器得到与调制电位同频率的信号ΔR。把几次扫描的光谱平均,得到以ΔR/R对波长或波数的红外光谱。
