C3前激活质


又称“B因子”。富含甘氨酸的β-糖蛋白。是C3裂解酶的前体。B因子被激活后(B-),可裂解成抗原性不一的a与b两个片段。b片段能与C3b结合,形成C3bBb-(即C3激活剂),能裂解C3和C5,故又称“C3/C5转换酶”。
