补充资料:百合种球培育五法

    百合播种后须经数年培育管理才能获得可供采收的商品鳞茎,一般采用无性繁殖先获得种球,也可采用种子繁殖先获得种球,然后将种球栽入大田,经过田间管理长成商品百合。种球是用各种繁殖材料先培养成50~100g的小鳞茎,所需年数因采用的繁殖器官不同而异。下面简要介绍一下种球培育的5种方法。
    一、珠芽培育法
    此法适用于产生珠芽的品种,如卷丹品种等。夏季采收成熟的珠芽,9月下旬~10月上旬,按行距12~15cm开4cm深的播种沟,沟内每4~6cm播珠芽1枚,播后覆土3cm左右。地冻前培土覆草盖膜,以利安全越冬。第2年春季出苗时揭除覆盖的草和膜,中耕除草,适当追肥浇水,促使秧苗旺盛生长。待到秋季地上部枯萎后挖取小鳞茎,然后按行距30cm、株距9~12cm播种,覆土厚约6cm,按上一年管理方法,再培育1年,秋季可收获达到标准大小的种球,部分未达标小鳞茎可继续培育。
    二、小鳞茎培育法
    此法适用于产生小鳞茎的品种,如天香百合品种等。秋季挖取可供食用的大鳞茎时,收集土中的小鳞茎,按珠芽培育法播种,因小鳞茎比珠芽大,故播种距离应比播珠芽稍大一些,经1年培育,大部分小鳞茎可达到种球标准,较小的鳞茎可继续培育。
    三、鳞片扦插培育法
    秋季或春季从充分成熟的鳞茎上选取发育良好的鳞片,用利刀将鳞片自基部切下,先在500倍苯菌灵溶液中浸30min杀菌,取出晾干后插播到沙壤土的苗床中。插鳞片时基部向下,入土深度达鳞片的1/2~2/3,片距4~5cm。插后立即遮荫,经常浇水保持土壤持水量75%,但床土不可过湿,以防鳞片腐烂。一般插后经15~20天,从鳞片下端的切口处长出1~2个胚球,以后生根长叶,适时追肥浇水,促进生长。秋季可形成玉米粒大小的小鳞茎,挖取后照珠芽培育法再播种培育一年能达到种球标准。
    四、芯子培育法
    此法适用于独头鳞茎品种。秋季采收百合时进行严格选择,淘汰病合、弱合和肉色异样的百合,选取发育良好的,剥去鳞茎中外层鳞片用于上市或加工,将剩下拇指粗的百合芯子与根盘作种球,在苗床培育1年,即可达到种球标准。
    五、种子培育法
    此法适用于能开花结实而产生种子的品种,如卷丹、山丹等品种。秋季采得成熟的种子,随即播入苗床土中。苗床土用中层菜园土4份加充分腐熟细碎的堆肥4份加细沙2份混合拌匀,平铺于苗床,厚约10cm。种子撒播后盖细土3cm,再覆草盖膜。选择秋季播种方式,种子可在冬季先发根,翌春出苗早且生长快,切记不要拖到第2年春季播种,否则出苗很迟且发芽率低。春季出苗后揭去膜和草,进行间苗,以后勤中耕除草,适时追肥,促进生长。等到秋季采收的鳞茎很小,须继续培育4~5年方可作为种球。(源自:中国林业信息网)
