 浸米、磨粉设备 将大米投入浸米权威浸泡一定时间，然后冲洗沥干，再把沥干米放入输出机至磨粉机，磨成细度为80-120目粉状。  蒸练机 将米粉、淀米、糖等细化，按一定比例，按时间加入定量的水边搅拌边蒸煮，然后将面团御入挤出机料头制成块状带。 干燥机 将饼坯放在干燥机内干燥，控制水份及温度，符合后道工序的工艺要求。  焙烤机 将第二次干燥后的米饼坯，通过焙烤后，使饼坯膨化变大，质地变松脆，并具有香味。  淋油机 配备于米饼生产线上，主要用于挂糖后米饼上的涂油。  饼坯输送机 成品饼坯通过输送到第一次隧道式烘干机进行干燥。 米饼（仙贝）生产工艺流程：
