1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、检查操作手柄是否都在静止位置上，行程开关和碰铁位置是否正确。如不在静止位置上，则必须放在静止位置；如位置不正确，则必须调正。
3、检查刮板的磨损是否严重，位置是否适中。如磨损严重，应予更换；如不适中，应予调整。
4、先点动试车，然后空运转3-5分钟，并检查：
a、传动系统和摆轮的运动是否平衡；
b、放砂门启闭是否灵活；确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。

设备运转正常后，按工艺要求，逐步加入混砂料，不准夹入金属块和其它硬块，若
有发现，应立即停机处理。
2、 不准有手取砂样，以免出现人身事故。
3、 工作后，放净混砂盘内的砂子，并清除残留的粘砂。
