经验学习(experientia!learning)从实际或他人的经验中进行学习的过程。在传授知识过程中，课堂教学不能包罗一切，有一定的局限性。让个体通过亲自体验改变自己的行为，可-弥补课堂教学的不足。其基本过程:(l)个体在实践中经历各种事物，即获得直接经验，或者从他人的经历中获得间接经验。(2)通过逻辑思维方式，对经验加以抽象、概括，形成概念或规则。(3)将概念、规则运用到实际当中去检验其正确性。如此循环不己。 (刘志华撰戚立夫审)
