性质:在分析测试中,对被测组分在物理或化学过程中所产生的光、电、磁、热响应信号,用适当的方式,通常用检测器将其转变为电信号加以量测。将分析信号进行科学处理,以阐明它的物理意义,称分析信号解析(analytical signal interpretation)。按照某种规则或要求,抑制分析信号中的干扰和噪声以提取有用分析信息的过程,称分析信号滤波(filtering of analytical signal)。滤波的方法有光滤波法、电子滤波法和数字滤波法。减小或消除分析信号中随机起伏波动的一种措施称分析信号平滑(smoothing of analytical signal)。常用的平滑方法有邻域平均法、中值法和众数法。通过平滑可以提高信噪比。分析信号以响应值的导数形式输出称分析信号求导(differentiation of analytical signal)。如导数分光光度法,分析信号是吸收光强度对波长的导数,导数信号与被测组分浓度成正比。通过求导,谱峰变得更尖锐,分辨率提高。但随着导数阶数增加,在谱峰变得越来越尖锐的同时,原谱的基本特点逐渐消失。
