在右室等长收缩期中,相当于心电图R波之后,S波之中,压力曲线迅速上升。至右室射血期,压力维持于高水平,于后期略有下降。射血完毕,肺动脉瓣关闭,压力曲线迅速下降,最低水平于T波终了,第二心音之后可达O点。此后右室充盈,压力曲线略有回升,至下一次收缩。
