性质:由于细菌的变构酶结构基因发生突变而使变构酶不再能与结构类似物相结合的抗反馈突变株,或者调节基因发生突变而使阻遏物不再能与结构类似物相结合的抗阻遏突变株。由于结构的相似,这些突变株的变构酶或阻遏物也不再能与正常的代谢终产物结合,因此抗反馈突变型的酶来受到抑制而能继续催化合成该代谢产物。抗阻遏突变株也能继续合成与该代谢产物生物合成有关的一系列酶,从而使该代谢产物大量积累。在生产上有应用价值。
