Atmospheric circutation characteristics associated with summer flood/drought,which is graded by a new scheme,over North China are addressed in this papar in terms of the 1951-2000 monthly rainfall and 500 hPa heights from National climate center by using the correlation,composite and singular value decomposition(SVD) methods.
采用中国气象局整编的月降水量、50 0 h Pa月平均高度场资料 ,利用相关、合成和奇异值分解等方法分析了华北夏季旱涝的时空分布特征及其环流异常特征 ,得到了 50 0 h Pa高度场与同期降水的主要耦合模态。

zhongguo Jin wubainian hanlao fenbu tuii《中国近五百年旱涝分布图集》(Yearlr Clu刁禹of刀，记“/Wet~in Chinafor the加t 500 years Per衣以)反映中国近500年早涝分布状况的著作。该书收集了中国历史文献，尤其是巧世纪以来的各地地方志书中有关气候的记载;绘制了中国自1470~1979年历史旱涝分布图共引0幅;1951~1979年实测降水量和降水距平百分率分布图共119幅;以及全国120个站点sro年旱涝等级序列表。 该图集由中央气象局气象科学研究院主持，北京大学、南京大学等全国so多个单位共同完成。它是研究气候变化的珍贵资料，也是气候资源分析、利用的重要参考文献，可供生产建设、科学研究、经济规划等部门参考使用。
