性质:又称毛霉素。一种蛋白质合成抑制剂。由单端孢霉属Trichothecium roseum,漆斑菌属Myrothecium和镰刀孢霉属Fusarium的种中发酵产生的半萜类霉菌毒素。细长结晶。熔点118℃。旋光度+44°(c=1,氯仿)。溶于水、氯仿、丙酮、乙醇,微溶于石油醚。有抗细菌活性,对真核生物包括真菌、原虫、昆虫、植物、动物均有很高的细胞毒性。
