In this article, the author introduced the definition of the market power first, then based on some assumption and predigest ion, at the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, analyzed the market power during nodal pricing and zonal pricing simulative.

This paper studies and summarizes 7 motivated factors influencing regional change(distribution adjustment) of agriculture production; raises 2 major types of agriculture region and 7 basic types of regional agriculture on the base of modern agriculture of multi-functions; expounds resource regional planning framework and regional pattern of modern agriculture in China.

According to statistical materials and investigation data in recent 10a,regional pattern changes of grain production in China was discussed with the methods of regional difference analysis,such as concentration index,absolute different index and relative different index.

This paper briefly reviews the changing situation in grain production since the 90 s of 20 century,analyzes the changing characteristics in regional pattern of grain production in China,based on the general output of grain and per capita and from the production and consumption angle.

Secondly,the whole color edge is divided to some local grids,and the color histogram and texture histogram for local grid are computed as image features.
