性质:由同种元素组成的结构不同的单质,互称为同素异形体。如氧与臭氧;斜方硫与单斜硫;白磷、红磷与黑磷;石墨,富勒烯碳与金刚石等。互为同素异形体的单质在一定条件下可以互相转化,叫做同素异形变化。如将白磷隔绝空气加热到533K,就转变为红磷;在1215.9MPa压力下,将白磷加热到473K,则能转化为类似石墨的片状结构的黑磷。有些同素异形变化具有重要的实际意义,如高温高压下将石墨变成金刚石等。
