In this paper,a new fault diagnosis scheme using acoustic signals is proposed for the bearings by introducing Continuous Gaussian mixture Hidden Markov Mode(lCGHMM) method,in which the data processing error due to vector quantization is avoided,and therefore the diagnosis precision is improved.
率先引入基于连续高斯混合密度隐马尔可夫模型的轴承故障音频诊断方法,避免矢量量化带来的数据处理误差,提高了系统诊断精度;引入基于聚类算法的模型参数初始化方法和标定系数的前向-后向算法,简化系统复杂度,加快了训练和诊断速度,进一步提高了诊断精度。

To solve the problem of multi-sensor asynchronous information fusion,this paper proposed a new fusion strategy based on coupled HMM.
针对多传感异步信息融合分类问题,提出了一种新颖的基于耦合隐马尔可夫模型(CHMM)结构的中期融合分类策略,该策略既考虑到了多传感信息在时间上的相关性,又解决了信息流之间的异步问题;其次,通过限制信息流的状态数量和限制信息流之间的异步程度,简化了模型结构;此外,为解决CHMM的算法实现问题,提出了一种CHMM与双流HMM的等效变换方法,从而利用经典的HMM算法解决了CHMM的模型实现。
