主要是由于心室舒张开始时肺动脉瓣和主动脉瓣关闭的振动所产生。此外,心室肌的舒张弛缓,大血管内血流以及二尖瓣、三尖瓣开放等所产生的振动,亦参与第二心音的形成,它的出现标志着心室舒张的开始。
