根据光学镜面面形误差近似为高斯平稳随机过程以及全频段面形误差对光强分布和FEE的影响,建立了光学镜面中高频误差梯度均方根(GRMS)与FEE之间的数学关系模型,进行了仿真分析并利用实际面形误差数据进行了验证。

In order to study the different effects of characterizing rough surfaces with two fractal dimension methods of the structure function measurement and the root mean square measurement,fractal profile curves with different theoretical dimensions were simulated.
