In the first place, this paper briefly summarizes development process of the hypernuclei physics and current research achievement, secondly followed by respectively illustrating the chiral SU(3) quark model、the Resonating Group Method (RGM) and how to extract the Y-N interactions’nonlocal potential .

The paper demonstrates the solutions in various potential wells belonging to (m+1)local potentials divided by n singularities do not communicate.

The dispersion relation is included into the optical potential.

The differential cross sections and the spin observables of p- ~ 12 C elastic scattering in the whole intermediate energy region are calculated using the KMT multiple scattering theory with microscopic momentum space optical potential which incorporates the spin dependence of the NN and p- ~ 12 C interactions.

From the framework of the multiple scattering theory, we obtain the antiproton-nucleus optical potential that can best describe the experimental elastic scattering data.

The results show that the double-alpha transfer effect for a deep optical potential is responsible for the above difference in the elastic scattering excitation functions between these two systems.
