承包人要求发包人维护勘察成果、设计成果的权利:发包人对于勘察设计人交付的勘察结果、设计结果,不得擅自修改,也不得擅自转让给第三人重复使用,发包人擅自修改勘察、设计成果的,对由此引起的工程质量责任,应由发包人自己承担;擅自转让成果给第三人使用的,应向勘察人、设计人负责。
