Germany is affected by many factors when it turns from backward agric ultural country to the center of science and technology in the 19th century.

On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the construction of experimental center of economic science in universities, this article proposed the wrong way in it, and also the right way about the construction of experimental center of economic science.

This paper introduces the practice and experience on constructing experiment education center of biological sciences,Yunnan University,including its development,present situation as well as the main reform measures,concrete methods and experiences.

To reform and to practice the management system of the experiment center of the basic engineering chemistry;

Building a unified experiment center with weapon systems and combat commanding;

Optimizing conformity of resource,promoting the construction of experiment center;

In order to manage the basic courses Labs as a whole, the lab center was founded in 1998 in our college.

Based on the management model of the lab centre in Zhuhai Branch School, Zhongshan University, and combining the reality in the lab center of Information Engineering Collgeg in our school, this article discussed the meaning and advantages of the modern experiment plarform——lab center.

Laboratory apparatus and instrument are shared within all chemical specialty experiments in the lab center,so the integration superiority is come into being.
