【来源】
为萝藦种植物细叶白前的全草及果实。
【植物形态】
细叶白前 多年生草本，高约20厘米。地下茎单轴横生。茎直立或斜升，多分枝，密被柔毛，有白色乳汁。单叶对生；叶片线形，长30～50毫米，宽2～5毫米，先端尖，基部稍狭，全缘，下面中脉隆起。伞形聚伞花序腋生；花小，黄白色；花冠钟形，长约5毫米，5深裂，副花冠浅筒形，上部5裂，裂片与花冠裂片互生；雄蕊5，花丝短；2心皮，分离。蓇葖果纺锤形，两端短尖，中部宽大，长约6厘米，宽约2厘米。花期5～8月。果期8～10月。 生于路旁、沟边、山坡草丛、沙荒地上。分布东北及河南，河北、陕西、山西、山东、安徽、江苏等地。
【采集】
夏，秋采全草及果实，洗净，晒干。
【化学成分】
根含多种糖甙，水解产生细叶白前甙元和喷奴皂甙元。
【药理作用】
提取物有某些抗病毒作用。
【性味】
甘，平。
【功用主治】
补肺气，清热降火，生津止渴，消炎止痛。
【用法与用量】
内服.煎汤，0.3～1两。
【选方】
①治气血亏虚：地枪瓜全草一两，土黄芪二两。水煎服。 ②治脑神经衰弱：地梢瓜全草一斤。水煎取汁，用药汁打鸡蛋二个，当茶饮，日服二次。 ③治咽喉痛：地梢瓜一两(全草二两)。水煎服，或鲜果嚼服。(性味以下出《河南中草药手册》)
