In order to determine the effect of GABAergic inhibition on the discharge patterns and properties of AC neurons in response to sound stimulation, we studied the responses of 8 big brown bats (Eptesics fuscus) induced by sound stimulation before and after GABAergic inhibition eliminated by bicuculline application.
