黑带
病证名。带下证型之一，亦称黑带下 、带下黑候。出清·傅山《傅青主女科·带下》。指妇女带下色黑，甚则如黑豆汁，连绵不 断 ，其气腥臭者。多因热甚熏蒸，任带之脉受戕，肾水方乏所致。治宜泻火清热。方选利火汤 (《 傅青主女科》)。药物组成：大黄3钱，白术5钱(土炒) ，茯苓 3钱，车前子3钱(酒炒)，王不留行3钱 ，黄连3钱，栀子3钱(炒)，知母3钱 ，石膏5钱(煅)，刘寄奴3钱。用法：水煎服。
