1.楼名。在今江苏省镇江市北固山上。晋蔡谟首起楼其上，以贮军实，谢安复营葺之。是后崩坏，顶犹有小亭，登降甚狭。南朝梁萧正义乃广其路。大同十年(公元544年)梁武帝登望久之，敕曰:"此岭不足固守，然京口实乃壮观。"于是改楼曰"北顾楼"。参阅清顾祖禹《读史方舆纪要·江南一·镇江府》。梁武帝有《登北顾楼》诗。
