仔猪成活率

With the rapid development of the pig-raising industry in China,mistreatment and mismanagement can lead to the decrease of the survival rate of piglets,which has direct influence on the economic benefits of pigraisers.
随着我国养猪业的发展,有些技术环节处理不当,导致仔猪成活率的下降,直接影响养猪户的经济效益,笔者从实践中积累了一些经验,希望能给养猪户提供一些帮助。

补充资料：锅仔鱼头炖豆腐
锅仔鱼头炖豆腐
做法
1 鱼头去腮，刮鳞， 洗净， 切半；
2 锅内烧热油， 将鱼头两面煎一下；
3 倒入开水，移入沙锅内， 放姜片， 胡椒粉， 盐， 中小火炖至汤色乳白；
4 下豆腐， 加葱丝， 即成。
特点
基本不用过多调味， 尽量发挥利用鱼头本身的鲜味。
注意
最好有电炉， 边煮边吃， 还可以下粉丝， 豆苗等。
这里豆腐是嫩豆腐， 其实炖豆腐应该用中火的, 嫩豆腐容易炖散，
但是最后到是有豆花的效果， 豆腐不怕炖， 越炖越嫩， 越入味。
