甘温除热法

    中医补法之一。用味甘性温的药物治疗气虚发热或血虚发热的方法。发热的原因很多,一般多采用具有清热作用的寒凉药物治疗,但气虚或血虚发热,应以益气养血为主,不可妄用苦寒药物,以免耗伤人体的阳气。常用人参、黄芪、炙甘草、当归等益气养血的药物组成方剂,代表方剂有补中益气汤、当归补血汤等。气虚发热,由中气不足,阴火内生所致。宜补中益气,甘温除热,常用补中益气汤治疗。血虚发热,为阴血不足,阴不敛阳所致,宜益气养血,甘温除热,常用当归补血汤治疗。临床上若病属实热,或阴虚发热,不宜用甘温除热法。
