运动医学名词。指疾跑后立即站立不动而引起的晕厥症状。因突然停止运动，下肢毛细血管和静脉失去肌肉收缩时的节律性挤压作用，加上血液本身的重力，使血液大量积聚在下肢血管中而导致暂时性脑贫血。防治办法：疾跑后继续慢跑，逐步终止运动。当出现休克时，取平躺体位，使脑贫血缓解。
