性质:为了使钢丝帘线与橡胶具有良好的黏合性能,钢丝表面均需进行电镀镀层处理。其中镀层组分含量、镀层厚度、镀层表面厚度梯度的分布等因素,均对黏合性能有影响,对橡胶产品的质量和使用寿命有影响。不同橡胶产品所用钢丝的表面镀层是不相同的。一般轮胎钢丝表面镀黄铜;胶带用钢丝绳表面镀锌;轮胎胎圈钢丝一般镀青铜,也有镀黄铜的。轮胎用钢丝帘线一般采用铜:锌为(60~70):(30~40)的黄铜镀层,镀层附着量为4~8g/kg。
