肥厚性幽门狭窄
系幽门的环形肌肥厚致幽门管狭窄而发生的上消化道不全梗阻，是小婴儿时期常见的腹部外科病。病因不明，由于幽门肌间神经丛减少及神经节细胞发育未成熟，致幽门括约肌神经控制不平衡，持续收缩而致肌层肥厚。男女发病率之比为4～8∶1。临床主要表现为高位消化道不全梗阻。出生早期小儿吃奶及大便正常，2～3周后出现呕吐且进行性加重，呕吐呈喷射性，呕吐物为奶液及乳凝块，不含胆汁，吐后饥饿感强烈。除呕吐外，亦可表现低氯低钾，代谢性酸中毒或碱中毒、营养不良等相应症状。查体可见胃蠕动波，80%～90%可触到肥大的幽门，并可合并慢性脱水貌等。根据临床症状，体征，配合上消化道造影或腹部B超可确诊。对于症状较轻或因各种原因暂不手术者，可以阿托品解痉治疗；对于确诊的病例可施行公认的幽门肌切开术。注意纠正水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱。
