从藤本植物百解藤(Cyclea polypetata)全株的乙醇提取物分离得到七个生物碱,根据理化性质和波谱特征,被鉴定为碱Ⅰ(Cycleanine)、碱Ⅱ(d-Tetrandrine)、减Ⅲ(Berbamine)、碱Ⅳ(d-lsochondodendrine)、碱Ⅴ(L-curine)、碱Ⅵ(Cycleanoline)和碱Ⅶ(Mag-nofloring)。

爬山虎、五眼子、下山虎、泥藤草、鸡眼藤。
【来源】
为茜草科植物小叶羊角藤的根、茎。
【植物形态】
小叶羊角藤 藤状灌木。茎黑褐色，嫩枝被柔毛。叶对生，纸质，椭圆状矩圆形或倒卵状椭圆形，长2～6厘米，宽0.8～3厘米，先端钝或短锐尖，除背脉腋内有束毛外两面均秃净；托叶膜质，草黄色。头状花序顶生，具短柄，由2～6个合成一伞形花序；花白色或绿白色；花萼合生；花冠管极短，裂片矩圆状披针形。果球形，熟时红色。花期夏季。 生于山野灌丛中。分布我国南部。
【采集】
夏、秋季采收。
【性味】
甘，凉。
【功用主治】
清热解毒，散瘀止痛，祛风化湿。治消化不良，腹泻，大便秘结，感冒咳嗽，跌打扭伤，腰肌劳损。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～2两。
【临床应用】
治疗支气管炎、百日咳 用百眼藤1～2两(百日咳用1两，加糖少许)，水煎服，每天1次。试治支气管炎500余例，有一定的镇咳效果；试治百日咳6例，全部治愈。
