妊娠并发脊柱后侧突畸形
由于骨结核，外伤，脊髓灰质炎，佝偻病及先天畸形等引起脊柱后侧突。随妊娠进展，孕妇横膈上升，胸廓变小，有时发生肺不张、肺气肿、肺功能下降，甚至发生肺心病及心衰。孕妇长期处于低氧，酸中毒，易引起肺部感染。分娩时更易发生心肺功能衰竭。胎儿亦因缺氧引起发育迟缓，早产甚至死胎。脊柱后侧突合并骨盆异常的机会有80%。早孕期肺功能检查，肺活量＜1000ml时，应终止妊娠。允许妊娠者应间断吸氧，休息，根据肺功能及血气情况，决定终止妊娠的时间，以剖宫产较好。产后予以广谱抗生素，间断正压吸氧。并建议产后绝育。
